Astronomers from the Indian Institute of Astrophysics were asked whether an object in the sky was a Chinese military drone.[*] This object was observed to rise a few hours before sunrise, and faded away at dawn. Discuss how Venus provides a plausible explanation for this sighting. Support your answer using a diagram showing the positions of the sun, Venus, Earth, and an observer on Earth.
